For an annual fee that ranges from 200 to 600 dollars, a Mexican bank will draft a Fideicomiso that gives you all the rights to the land. For a fifty-year term it names you as the trustee of the property and automatically renews for another fifty years after that. You have the right to improve, use, lease, sell, mortgage and even will the property.
