Mexico beckons visitors with 6,000 miles of sun-kissed blue-green coastline, over 15,000 pre-Hispanic arqueological sites, outstanding museums and cultural venues, fabulous handicraft and silver marketplaces and a cuisine often called the world?s most creative and exciting, With Frontier?s service to Cancun, Mazatlan and now to Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta, travel to Mexico is easy, reasonable and unforgettable.

Your real estate dollars go six to eight times further in Mexico than in the US. It's true that the Mexican constitution bars foreigners from owning land 30 miles from the shoreline and 60 miles from the borders. However, with something called a Fideicomiso you can own part of Mexico?s coastal paradise. For an annual fee that ranges from 200 to 600 dollars, a Mexican bank will draft a Fideicomiso that gives you all the rights to the land. For a fifty-year term it names you as the trustee of the property and automatically renews for another fifty years after that. Click ?Create Account?

Step 1: Fill out the information (your contact, company info, URL, etc.)

Step 2: select your MLS from the drop-down list, click NEXT

Step 3: complete your brokerage info (required by IRES / your MLS)

Step 4: Create Username / PW for your access to reports, stats, profile, etc.

Step 5: Accept the User Agreement (authorization to syndicate your listings)

Next, just follow the directions to ?get started?

Important: There is no ?fee? nor charge associated with sending your property listings to MyREALTY.com via ListHub.net.

From there, MyREALTY.com will show up as a FREE posting option for you. Click on ?Subscribe? and your listings will be setup for syndication to the GLS.

You can also push to other portals via this system, however you need to make sure you send your listings to the GLS ? the Global Listing Service, or they will not show up in the search on MyREALTY.com.

That?s it! It usually takes 3-4 days for your listings to begin coming over to us.
